This pretty vintage Norma Walters dress is so easy to wear and it can be buttoned up and worn as a turtleneck or worn with an open collar.

If you've never owned a Norma Walters dress, you will become an instant fan! Her unique designs were extremely popular in high in boutiques in the 1980's and we always find a few of her pieces in the more interesting, upscale estates we handle.

This dress is in a gorgeous blue and black plaid wool that has a subtle tonal floral pattern.  This dress has a full skirt, dolman sleeves and shoulder pads for some structure. There is a metal side zipper for closure as well as black buttons down the center front with hook and eye and snap.

This dress is labeled a size 8 and was made in Hong Kong in the 1980's. Please review the measurements for the most accurate size information, but we estimate it to fit a modern day US size 6.
